ELF studio cream eyeliner

Good afternoon bloggers! I'm getting back into blogging so here are my thoughts on a product that i have been using on a daily basis for the past two weeks. Approximately three weeks ago i placed my first ever ELF order which consisted of a few studio and regular items as i heard they had a major re-stock and added a few new items to their studio range which included this cream eyeliner. i couldn't wait to get my hands on this as i had been dying to try a cream eyeliner since i have always used liquid liner. I was contemplating buying the Bobbi brown gel eyeliner/MAC fluidline until i found out ELF had just introduced this to their line at a purse friendly price of a mere £3.50! i thought it was a good idea to try the ELF version because if i didn't like the cream eyeliner then i wouldn't be wasting too much money.

I found that the service was really good especially as i got free delivery on my order - i recieved my box of goodies after two working days! i really wasn't expecting it to come so quickly. if you want to keep up to date with ELFs offers and promotions then just join their facebook page. whenever they reach a certain number of fans they give free postage (which happens quite often) and packaging or free gifts.

What ELF say: 'Creates smooth lines that are defined and precise. Smudge-proof, budge-proof and water-resistant coverage for all day wear to combat against, sweat, tears and rain!'

My initial thoughts: When i opened the box, i was genuinly surprised at how well the packaging of the eyeliner looked. i love how its square, rather than round like a lot of the eyeliners on the market. the first time i tried the eyeliner it felt so soft and creamy, i couldn't believe how easy it was to apply without making any mistakes at all. i love how i can now create an identical wing shape on each eye without having to attempt it 2+ times with liquid liner. the only problem that has occurred when i use this product is that it transfers onto my eyelids as i have quite hooded eyes - i can't not blink to keep my eyes open for more than a minute to wait for it to dry! i have carried on using this eyeliner everyday eventhough it does smudge, mainly because it doesn't irritate my eyes and i have extremely watery eyes so the eyeliner flake or fade away halfway through the day like my liquid eyeliner does.

Pros:
Lasts throughout the day
Quick to apply
Effortless application
Cheap and cheerful
Natural looking in comparison to liquid liner
Easy to remove

Cons:
Smudges
Transfers onto my under eye
Smells cheap - like kids freebie make up from magazines
Colour isn't very intense
Takes a while to dry
Have you tried this eyeliner before? What do you think of it?
If you want to ask me any questions, feel free to post them here:

I love that it's now officially Spring!

I can't express how much i love it when this time of the year comes around to greet us with warmer weather, brighter evenings and clear blue skys! i'm one of those people who despises everything to do with winter (except for cute warm coats and boots) but now it's time to get out the pretty, delicate clothes in preperation for the summer - yay. i'm soooo excited to wear pastel colours, florals, bright lipstick and most importantly SHOES because i practically live in boots all winter. spring makes me too happy like a kid in a candy shop!!!

i was kindly greeted to these floral printed leggings when i returned home from college from my mummy which was such a nice surprise. she finally understands what clothes im into now! after so many years we have a result.. haha *rolls eyes*. these leggings look much more dramatic in real life so i'm not sure if i should return them and buy a pair from topshop because the ones that are in topshop at the moment are more wearable and make less of a statement if you understand what i'm trying to say?

What do you love most about spring?

Ramblingsss

Good afternoon bloggers! today has been such a nice day, despite the gloomy rainy weather. i woke up to a large package on my desk containing 10 nyx lipsticks that i ordered the earlier on in the week, after searching for nyx products like a crazy woman online! i really wanted to get my hands on some nyx jumbo pencils too but the ones i found online were around £4.49 each.. so i gave them a miss as i'm sure they are very inexpensive in the US, i didn't fancy being ripped off. after all the excitment i headed off to meet my boyfriend with NYX tea rose lipstick on which looks and feels amaziiinggggggg - does anyone else have this? do you love it too? we then went for lunch at nandos which we go to literally every week yum yumyum and did a little spot of shopping where i got Mac studio finish concealer for a bargainous £8.75 in the CCO! i am sooo chuffed that i got this for such a good price :D yay for saving money!

Liz Earle cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser

I think i have found the most wonderful cleanser in the worlddd for my skin which is extremely dry and sensitive. I often suffer from eczema on my face especially in the winter months so my skin has always been quite problematic for me as having dry patches of skin is NOT a good look. I have used so many products in the past which promised to help dry and sensitive skin but didn't do anything for my skin other than make it feel even more irritable, tight and dryer than it was before! It has been hard work trying to find the perfect cleanser for my skin, and now that i've finally found it i would love to share it with you lovely bloggers.
I have been using the cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser every night for the past two weeks and it has made major improvements to how my skin looks and feels. I will definately repurchase this in the future and i can't express enough how much i love this product, i don't even have a bad word to say about it! I always used to dread the time when it came to remove my make up but now i look forward to it as i no longer have to suffer from red dry skin and itchy eyes when trying to take off mascara using other make up removers. Another thing that i can ensure you is that it removes waterproof mascara and foundation so well yet so easily. It is the most gentle cleanser and is such a treat every time i use it as it leaves my skin feeling literally like a baby's bottom. Using this cleanser has made me feel as though i can go out without any make up on my face without feeling conscious - yes it's that amazing! AND i only have to use two pumps to remove my make up and cleanse my face! in comparison to other make up and face cleansers, i have to clean my face four times to remove the daily grime using cotton wool pads and then use a face wash. This cleanser however is very eco friendly, you just remove the product using a muslin cloth which is re-usable!
This cleanser is packed full of natural ingredients from cocoa butter, chamomile, to beeswax to moisturise and soothe the skin. I believe this cleanser is suitable for all skin types and i would reccomend it to anyone reading this, so please go and try it out - they even have a 30ml bottle available for £5.00 which would be excellent for taking on holiday etc. I have even converted my sister into using this, who has normal to oily skin and i have noticed that it has cleared up her blemishes in such a short amount of time. It's such a promising product. I can guarantee you won't go back to using any other cleanser as this Liz earle one leaves skin looking fresh, healthy and radiant! i mean, what more could you want?
30ml - £5.00
100ml - £11.50
200ml - £21.50

For more information check out the Liz Earle website - uk.lizearle.com.
Anyway i think i better go now before i talk about my love for this product all day. I hope you enjoyed reading my little review!
Have you ever used this before? What did you think about it?

First ever blog sale!

Hi girls, long time no speak! I recently decided to sell a few of my neglected items on ebay to quickly raise funds for a Vivienne Westwood bag, but realised ebay is not the ideal place to sell things on, due to making a huge loss on items that were either brand new or and had not been worn at all before. & I also took into account that it would probably take me a a long long time to receive the money I need to purchase my bag because ebay takes a percentage of the money that you get for your item etc etc so all in all my experience selling on ebay was a huge kafuffle because I didn’t manage to make much money at all

Please help me get rid of these things If you want to ask any questions about an item or want to see more pictures then please do not hesitate to ask – just send me your email so I can get back to you.

1. Leave me a comment if you wish to make a purchase, stating what item you would like and your paypal address so I can send you an invoice.
2. Please make sure that you pay within 3-4 days of receiving the invoice – it means that you receive your item quicker and everyone’s happy!
3. Your item will be posted 1-2 days after payment is received.
